Position: Certified Work Comp Specialist (not currently hiring)

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinates internal operational departments to ensure service levels meet or exceed client expectations and protect the firm from Errors & Omissions (E&O).
Ensures quality of deliverables and enforcement of critical deadlines through effective communication.
Communicates with each team member, promoting and encouraging a positive team atmosphere.
Develops and maintains relationships with client executives, client representatives, carriers, & vendors.
Assist with marketing projects to ensure objectives are met in a cost-effective manner and serve the best interest of the client and company.
Develops, trains, and coaches client staff to ensure the COMPTROL process is utilized efficiently and effectively.
Ensure all COMPTROL client claims continue to set the benchmark for Best Practices.

Skills

Clear and concise communication skills are required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Firm set of organizational skills, is self-motivated, and team oriented
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships
Have a strong positive attitude
The ability to think “outside the box” and never is hindered by limited thinking.

Qualifications

Requires a High School education.
2 years of customer service experience.
Workers’ Compensation insurance knowledge would be beneficial, but not required.
